I have an affinity for woodland critters. It might be from reading too many Brambly Hedge and Redwall books as a child. But for whatever reason, I fell in love with this sleeping fox hat from Ash and Rose, an ethical clothing store based in Boston. They have a variety of critter hats, but the fox caught my heart. He just seemed so cozy and autumnal. I had to give him a home.
If you want to adopt your own animal hat or see what else Ash and Rose has in store:
You can get 20% Ash and Rose products with the code OutfitZest from now until December 7th. This is a great place to go if you are looking to get an early start on Christmas shopping. Ash and Rose offers a variety of made-in-USA products as well as products made from recycled material. Totally cute and conscience friendly.
In preschool we are also learning about woodland animals. Squirrels and chipmunks gathering acorns, owls hooting in the trees, and foxes trotting through the forest. Teaching young children has made me feel much more connected to the seasons and excited about dressing the part.
Do you have any seasonal favorites that you like to wear?
